September is Prostate Cancer Awareness Month, and once again weโre lacing up to move with purpose.
This September, commit to a minimum of 3.3KM walk/run dailyย for all 30 days, clocking a cumulative 99.9KMS - anywhere, anytime, at your own pace. Every step sparks conversations, builds awareness, and pushes prostate health higher on the agenda for men everywhere.
